- Intermediary Role: Stocks Glazing Network LTD operates strictly as an independent advisory and introduction service. We assess your budget, requirements, and design ideas for windows and doors, and introduce you to an independent third-party installation company within our network.
- No Supply or Installation: Stocks Glazing Network LTD does not manufacture, supply, sell, or install any physical windows, doors, or related glazing products. We have no physical contact with your property or the materials used.
- Free to Consumers: Our advisory and introduction service is free of charge to you. We earn our revenue via a commission or introductory fee paid to us directly by the third-party installation company after you choose to proceed with them and pay your deposit.
2. NO CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY FOR WORKS
- Separate Contract: When you choose to proceed with a project, your contract for the purchase, supply, survey, delivery, and installation of goods is made strictly and directly between you (the customer) and the chosen third-party installation company.
- No Agency: Stocks Glazing Network LTD is not a partner, agent, or subcontractor to the installation companies in our network. We do not negotiate terms on your behalf, nor do we sign contracts for you.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Workmanship and Products: Because we do not undertake or supervise any physical works, Stocks Glazing Network LTD accepts no liability or responsibility for any aspect of the supply or installation process. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Delays in production, delivery, or installation.
- Faulty materials, manufacturing defects, or structural damage to your property.
- Poor workmanship or failure to comply with building regulations.
- Financial disputes, loss of deposits, or breach of contract by the installation company.
- Guarantees: All product guarantees, warranties, FENSA/Certass certificates, and after-care services are the sole responsibility of the third-party installation company. Any claims or complaints regarding the physical works must be directed to them, not to us.
4. ACCURACY OF ADVICE
While we endeavour to provide high-quality guidance based on the information you provide, any advice, opinions, or estimates offered by Stocks Glazing Network LTD are for informational purposes only. It is the responsibility of the chosen installation company to perform a technical physical survey at your property to confirm final sizes, structural suitability, and exact pricing before you sign a contract with them.
